Social Action - Donations
The initial cell - Central Geral do Dízimo - PRÓ-VIDA - has multiplied and today also promotes donations through existing affiliates in various cities in Brazil and other countries through the affiliated Central del Diezmo de Argentina, the Centrale delle Decime d'Italia and the Central del Diezmo de Bolivia.
Since its foundation in 1979, CGD, its affiliates in Brazil and abroad have made more than 8,000 donations to social welfare charitable institutions, philanthropic institutions of vocational courses and regulatory education, hospitals, clinics, daycares, asylums, etc.
Some vocational schools donated by Central Geral do Dízimo - PRÓ-VIDA:
• The Building and all equipment of the Escola Profissionalizante Dr. Celso Charuri de Aparecida de Goiânia, in the State of Goiás (Vocational Training School) on October 15, 2011; 3,062 m2 building donated to SENAI - Goiás.
• The Baccarelli Institute building, in the community of Heliopolis, São Paulo, donated in November, 2008 – 2,800 m2 of special construction with acoustics for teaching music.
• The Building and all equipment of the Escola Profissionalizante Celso Charuri de Sumaré (Vocational Training School) in 2007 - 3,500 m2 building donated to SENAI- São Paulo.
• The building and all workshop equipment of the Escola Técnica "Dr. Celso Charuri" (Technical School) in Capão Bonito, São Paulo, in 2003. There are 3,300 m2 of building area, donated to the Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza.
• The building and all workshop equipment of the Escola de Qualificação Básica e Aperfeiçoamento Profissional (Basic and Advanced Vocational Qualification School) in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, in 2001. There are 1,500 m2 of building area.
• The building and all workshop equipment of the Escola Profissionalizante Celso Charuri de Pará de Minas (Vocational Training School), in 2003. There are 3,000 m2 of building area donated to SENAI of Minas Gerais.
• The building and all workshop equipment of the Escola Municipal de Ensino Profissional Básico "Dr. Celso Charuri" (Vocational Training School) in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo in 2000. There are 3,000 m2 of building area donated to the City Hall.
• The building and all workshop equipment of the Escola Profissionalizante "Dr. Celso Charuri" (Vocational Training School) in Rafard, São Paulo, in 1998. 1,900 m2 were built and donated to SENAI.
